Please read the following information below regarding store operations at this time due to Local and Governmental Policies response to limiting the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus.
Necessary mandates to protect the safety of customers have changed the way we are able to conduct business at this time.
- Our store front is open as of 5/5/2020-Masks are REQUIRED to shop.
- Hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm, Closed Sundays
- Readings continue to be over the phone only until further notice.

- For questions about an existing order or to place an order-send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number for faster service.
- Please be aware: online shopping and demand for spiritual products is at an unprecedented all time high. Due to volume and other factors, there will be ongoing delays with orders.
- Supply and availability of any and/or all spiritual products is subject to change at any time without notice.

STATEMENT TO CUSTOMERS
Yeyeo Botanica sends well wishes and positive thoughts to everyone at this time. As we are all aware of, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is of concern to all of us. We are closely monitoring the situation & reacting appropriately.
Yeyeo Botanica is following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines in regards to cleansing and safety which can be reviewed on their website here: CDC Guidelines.
Yeyeo Botanica will continue to operate as long as it is safe to do so for both our employees and loyal customers. Social Distancing per the CDC’s guidelines will be of extreme importance in the next few weeks and is strongly encouraged.
In New Jersey, there have been restrictions/mandates placed that have affected the manner in which we operate. You can read New Jersey’s policies regarding Coronavirus here:
Due to Local & State Mandates to prevent the spread of COVID-19, please see the following temporary changes to the way we will be conducting business:
- All Consultations/Readings will be held via phone only until further notice.
- Classes and/or Workshops will be postponed until such time it is safer to participate in groups.
- Beginning 5/5/2020, customers will be allowed to shop in our store.
- Limit 2-3 customers at a time, 20 minute limit.
- Masks are REQUIRED to shop-NO Exceptions.

- Please be aware there are significant delays in shipping due to the high demand of online shopping across the US, not just for our business. USPS, UPS & Fed EX are working as normal but please note we do not have control over mail carriers.
- Voicemail is checked at least once a day, please be patient as we will respond as soon as possible.
