We believe in transparency & open communication, please read the following BEFORE making a deposit for work.
YEYEO BOTANICA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR ISSUES IF CLIENT DOES NOT FOLLOW DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
BY MAKING A DEPOSIT, CLIENT IS AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AS DESCRIBED HERE.
- Yeyeo Botanica DOES NOT give out prices for work without the person having a reading. Each persons situation is different & so will be the remedies.
- Deposits are only to be made AFTER YOUR READING once an agreement is reached regarding the price of work, when it is to be done etc.
- Client has a 7 day grace period to cancel & receive a full refund.
- Deposits are non refundable after 7 days.
- After 7 day grace period, only a store credit equal to 50% of the deposit will be issued if the client chooses to not continue work.
- Client has 30 days to use store credit from date issued. Any store credit not used in 30 days is non refundable. Store credit may be used towards products only.
- Client has an additional 14-21 days to finish paying total after initial deposit is made (if necessary)
- Dates for Work/Service are not reserved until a deposit is made. Any remaining balance is due the day of the appointment in cash.
- Work must be done within 30 days barring circumstances beyond control.
- If Client fails to complete work in the time frame allotted, any deposit paid is forfeit.
- Results may vary based on each individuals situation. Yeyeo Botanica makes no guaranties or warranties as to the outcome of the services provided.
- ANY WORK DONE FOR A CLIENT IS HANDLED DIRECTLY BY THE OWNERS/DIRECT STAFF OF YEYEO BOTANICA, WE DO NOT "CONTRACT" OR ARE AFFILIATED WITH ANY ONE ELSE!
